Not saying I have links lol, but how long do you think before people make emulators for them that are fully usable and can play commercial games?

it's still probably a ways off, there's been one for the wii for a long time (Daco from Schthack is actually involved with it, it's called Dolphin), but I have a feeling 360 and ps3 are gonna be alot harder. From what I've read there aren't even that many modchips for either of them, let alone software hacks like the wii has, and my guess is that without even being able to exploit the system itself efficiently, it's gonna be pretty damn hard to emulate it. I have no goddamn clue how any of it works though, so I could be totally off, but logically I don't see how you could even begin to emulate them when you barely even know how to tinker with the real deal.

There are a couple of chips for xbox360 atm, none for ps3 (that I know of)
However, those console have around 7 core, our computers currently have 4.
I think its gonna be a while

It's going to be awhile, even with PS2 or Dolphin you need a fast computer and xbox original doesn't have much capability as far as I know.

Don't think that's going to happen for a while, especially due to the extreme measures both Microsoft and Sony take, when it comes to pirating.

Anti-piracy measures are not gonna stop anyone. As far as I know the ps2 emulators are barely working properly, or if they are you need a very powerfull pc to run the games.
Wii games are generally focussing on gameplay and less on graphic making a working emulator more likely (or course they are exception but just specwise, the wii is a lot less powerfull than ps3/xbox360).
