In the series of books I write, Vale was created by the good side of the "God" in the story, Asgard. The "Evil" side (most of Asgard anyway, both are separate entities with the Good Asgard residing in the Underworld while the Evil one (the 'voice' in Tenshu's and Vale's story) resides in the heavens) created Tenshu and Sasori. The purpose of the creation of Tenshu was to make up for the 'failure' that was Amari (the original protagonist of the book, who defeated Sasori to save reality), however the Good side of Asgard intervened and removed the evil inside Tenshu and used it to create another being who'd be able to contain it, Vale (it's not known if it also had intended for Buryoku to be the one to raise Tenshu). But it seems like a game of chess between the two sides, as the Evil side of Asgard placed Enja and Suija inside Tenshu to still give him evilness and it proves effective as without Onikiri, Enja or Suija could possess Tenshu at any given time and being that the two demons hate each other, both await an opportune time to 1-up the other in taking full control of Tenshu and destroy the other.
Vale's dream is a foreshadowing of what she'll eventually do and it is where she meets her "other", Tenshu (her dream though was intended to end with her seeing his face, then waking up) and their first battle. The evilness in Vale is contained when her soul is aware of who Tenshu is after they fight and remains in check when she's around him as well as her own body and is why she is always little throughout the story.

In other news... i've decided to continue SA's story... and obviously i'm going to include you fellas... just gotta figure out how and when to do so.

i can just imagine the elder god from the legacy of kain series as the voice of this evil entity.also thinking of either the bio weapon story similar to what happened in that movie,Akira,or a sinister, demonic looking killing machine(del helba maybe?).

decided to make an adjustment to helbas background, changed the cause of not aging from terrible accident,to a result of D-cell infusion. As mentioned earlier, this experiment has a very low success rate, and consequently many test subjects died.I think i'll go with the del-helba idea. the topic is looking a tad desolate at present,i wish more people would post in this topic:\

Del-Helba sounds like the way to go, it would be easier to keep it in line with PSO's story that way. Though, you really don't have to do that if you don't want to.

Well not everyone is creative, I mean if PSO didn't have a prelude story I'd be lost on what to write. In either case I can still give advise and whatnot here.

It could, but this whole forum, not just this particular thread, could use more activity.

some more info on the D-cell experiments:
these experiments were part of a highly classified project to strengthen combat abilities both mental and physical through infusion of D-cells gathered from monsters in the ruins, the result would be a part human or numan, part del-spawn hybrid, thorough training and conditioning would enable test subjects to switch between humanoid and del-spawn at will.the infusion process however is extremely painful and would 7 out of 10 times, cause the subject to go into cardiac arrest resulting in death.
those who survive would then undergo intense training and conditioning to learn to control their power.there are side effects to this however, which may include impaired mental functions, halted aging, rapid aging, and severe paranoia. a successful infusion would grant the test subject enhanced mental and physical capabilties, improved resilience, increased endurance, faster reflexes, and heightened senses.
the project however was too dangerous to be allowed to continue, all but a single test subject were killed as a result of a miltary crack-down,all documents pertaining to these experiments were destroyed,Helba was the only one who escaped the massacre(or however you spell it)but was badly injured in the process.she wakes up in the hospital close to a month later.the last successfully infused newman, with nowhere to go,wanders aimlessly, searching for a purpose in her life, soon after,Helba is enlisted into the hunters guild and spends her new life helping others.
