Remove Charge/Berserk/Spirit entirely (yes I know this would cause a lot of people to whine and complain). Replace them all with a new sacrificial special called Amnesia. Know what this does? Doubles your attack damage on the swing and it sacrifices EXP instead XD.

I would actually be perfectly fine with that xD.
Reminds me of a game where you could get a perk to shoot bullets using experience while reloading.
Or better yet, make Berserk have a minimum drain, and possible to kill the user.
And Spirit can have a minimum drain too, and instead start burning HP when TP is empty.

I don't really use any of those status effects. I've mainly used Freeze and Paralysis.

I hate dropping hp, i usually stick to freeze or confuse myself, (since all I have is a stag for confuse atm)

confuse weps are to inaccurate for me. i have 35 hit confuse wep (dont remember the level of the element and i think its a calibur) and it misses too often for my tastes.
