This is Tenshu's own short backstory:
Name: Tenshu Yuusha Age: 21 Story: A young man born to undergo a painful journey. No knowledge of his true parents, he was adopted by an old hermit and trained in the art of combat and "Technique". The hermit sensed a great and powerful energy inside Tenshu at a young age, a familiar power. At the age of 14, Tenshu joined the Hunter's Guild and proved quite exceptional.
His soul however is being fought for by two opposing forces: one is named Enja, the other Suija. He is a loner at heart with a curious nature, he can't help but want to delve deeper into a person he meets. He dislikes injustice, cruelty, and betrayal but is also very patient. His behavior can be seen as cold at first glance but he is a kind and gentle person to all he sees in danger. When a terrorist-like organization surfaces to cause anarchy across the planet, he stood up to fight against them along with a group of others. Tenshu's actions will either save this world, or tear it apart forever...

Brain block eliminated! Thanks, and if you don't mind I'll borrow that format, and away...we....
Go!
Name: Aron Thanasis Age: 20 Backstory: Aron began his formal training at the age of 13 under a man named Axel, and became a licensed hunter only a year later. Although initially he worked exclusively with Axel, Axel's sister Sacha, and his fellow student Ton, by the time he was 17 he'd begun working almost exclusively on his own.
Not long afterwards, he met Jani, a newman girl and began a relationship with her. Under Aron's direction, she began training and earned her hunter's license as well, but on their first job together things went terribly wrong.
They'd been commissioned to retrieve a missing lab sample from the station on Gal Da Val island, and soon found that Aron's old friends Axel and Ton were also looking for the sample. Once they found the sample, however, Aron's friends revealed themselves as something else: Black Paper's assassins. The capsule was broken, a fight ensued, and Axel a.k.a. Black Phoenix shot Aron as he tried to protect Jani, only to see him leave the terrified girl untouched as the specimen, still alive, slowly forced its way into Aron's wound.
Jani managed to bring Aron back to Pioneer 2 for treatment, but nothing could be done to stop the organism as it wound its way through Aron's body. He hovered on the brink of death for almost 2 years before finally managing to fight off the D-cell infection with an infusion of serum from an anonymous source. In the meantime, however, Jani had forgotten all the promises she'd made to him and moved on with her life.
With a heart scarred both figuratively and literally, Aron returned to hunting - the only life he knew. From time to time, he would run in to those he knew in his previous life. Usually, they would do their best to kill him, and he was never afraid to return the favor. As he began to make more and more enemies, he realized that there was a small group of hunters who seemed to be doing everything they could to help return some sort of order in the organization. Admiring their ideals, and with nowhere else to turn for help, Aron joined Sacred. Beyond that, the future remains to be written....

Hmmm. Higashi was not that great of a hunter, despite his steady improvement. He lacked a true warrior's spirit because he had nothing to fight for. Being a hunter was merely a job. However, as he fought on, he met several allies, such as Tenshu's father. He fought alongside them in many battles and grew stronger yet. One fateful day, he had slain a particular elusive machine in No Man's Mines and found a weapon unweilded by any of his peers. He chose a name for this Red Partisan: Red Partizan. It may not have been the most powerful weapon; that meant no one would accuse him of acquiring it from a certain faction... Yet it was a one-of-a-kind weapon. Higashi was proud of it, and practiced with it to become a master in its use. Higashi's warrior spirit was growing as he devoted himself to the mastery of his weapon. Yet, one cannot truly claim to be a warrior unless they have something to fight for. While his goal was to master the style of the partisan, he soon felt unparalleled. In his journeys, he encountered a somewhat reserved Force called Kakou. The two became friends, and while Kakou was shy around Higashi's friends, the two became great friends during their battles alone. Kakou was unable to defend against the vicious monster's blows, so she stood behind Higashi and supported him while she attacked with her spells, and while he cut their enemies down with his Partizan. Higashi at last was able to call himself a true warrior, filled with a burning warrior's spirit; He had a style he devoted himself to, and a loved one to protect. Even without Kakou by his side, Higashi fought with legendary strength, able to overcome great adversaries. Higashi reached the peak of his power, and would have continued to reach the level that Tenshu's father had attained, had a tragedy not extinguished his spirit. Despite Higashi's stalwart guard, Kakou had become injured in a battle in the ruins. While she casted Resta on herself to cure her injuries and continue onward, something had happened that no Resta could cure. The influence of Dark Falz's power was overwhelming that deep in the ruins, and before she could treat herself, she got a D-cell infection in her wounds. The duo had to return to Pioneed 2 immediately to try and get it cured, but the infection was too severe for Pioneer 2's limited medical knowledge and technology. Kakou's body was being corrupted by the D-cells. Despite the excrutiatingly painful process, she was still conscious and living. Doctor Montague, Pioneer 2's expert on D-cells, proposed a deal to her. If she donated her current body for the purpose of D-cell research, he could transfer her mind into an android. [ The technology to do this was to be top-secret, but the Pioneer 2 officials should probably have known better than to trust Montague with it. ] She agreed instantly, and the deal was carried out with utmost haste. Higashi was overjoyed by the news. He could not bear to see his lover die. Kakou was alive and in a body that could fight, but without techs, she would have to start from square one. While it was a hard decision for him to make, Higashi used the money he got from hunting to move out from his hunter's dormatory buy a home on Pioneer 2 to have a place to hang Red Partizan on the wall. He decided to stay home and become a family man. However, he could not stop his son Asgeirr from becoming a hunter to follow in his footsteps. He would find Ragol, however, to be a different place than his parent's stories told... --- Eheh, wow, I didn't intend that to be that long. I just kind of had a vague idea and a massive wall of text spewed forth... And that last part - According to PSU, CASTs can have children [one CAST I talked to mentioned that his [biological] son was in the Guardians too], so it totally makes sense if we pretend it works that way in PSO too.

Hate to burst your bubble but Tenshu's father isn't Amari Edit: Unfortunately, I had written up Higashi's backstory before you joined the forums, and while his relationship with Kakou is still expressed, his character is more or less different.
